KCR Programs : Family Services

• Kids Count Program
  A family-centered, strength-based, home visiting program to promote positive parent/child interaction for first time parents referred through a Public Health Nurse.
• The Family Friend Program
  Volunteers making a difference in the lives of single moms through friendship, support and connection to community services.
• Family Group Conference Program
  Assisting families, extended families and communities to develop and implement a family-based solution to child protection concerns.
• Supervised Access Visit Program
  Provides an opportunity for non-custodial parents and their children to be together in a supervised setting. Referrals made through the Ministry for Children and Families.
