Volunteer Speed Matching: 11 am and 2 pm
Last year, over 800 members of the public visited displays hosted by 80 non-profit organizations. On-site media interviews attracted attention on event day. One organization had 30 potential volunteers sign their follow-up list. |

Try some of our checklists. They can help you think differently about what you are looking for, and, what you have to offer. Using the lists will give you a sense of how your skills and abilities can be of great value to non-profit organizations. You can also learn more about yourself! |

Volunteer Speed Match: Volunteer Recruitment Meets Speed Dating
Finding your ideal voluntary role is similar to finding your ideal partner. Squeeze 10 "first dates" into 30 minutes. Learn enough from each non-profit organization to decide whether you share interests and passion for a cause. Do they need the skills you have to offer? Give only three minutes to hear their pitch and move on. The morning session runs from 11 am to 11:30 am and the afternoon session runs from 2 pm to 2:30 pm. A master of ceremonies will keep you moving.
