Special Event Volunteer Registry

Kelowna is host to many events each year. Between April and October, the Central Okanagan is host to more than 200 special events such as Festivals, Sporting Events, and charity fundraisers.  Several others take place through the autumn and winter, many focusing in and around the Christmas holidays.

You can be a part of the fun!

Send us your contact information, which we will pass on to agencies seeking "special event volunteers". You can then choose the events to commit to as your time allows.

If you are an organization in need of volunteers for your event, send us your information including the name and date of the event, and we will send out the listing of interested volunteers.

Note:  Volunteers are kept on the active list for one year, at which time they will be contacted to confirm further availability.  Volunteers are not screened.
